David Tzur, Advocate - Founding Partner
LL.B. and a member of the Israel Bar Association. Legal apprenticeship in the law firm of Adv. Yaron Pinchas Asidon, in the field of execution. Accredited as a mediator on behalf of GOMA – the Israeli Center for Mediation and Training. He received training in real estate law and in planning and construction law at the Bar-Ilan University. As part of his previous job at the Pa’amonim Association, Adv. Tzur accompanied thousands of corporations and private individuals who were in insolvency proceedings and brought them to recovery and economic success. In this context, Adv. Tsur closely supported the ongoing management of many corporations – companies and associations.

Barak Kedem, Advocate - Founding Partner
LL.B. cum laude. Accredited as a member of the Israel Bar Association after passing the Bar Association certification exams Summa cum laude. Adv. Kedem has completed extensive seminars at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at Bar-Ilan University. in the fields of Medical Law as well as Contract Law, Insurance Law, Pension and Medical Malpractice. He has been certified as a mediator by the Tel Aviv University and as an arbitrator by the Bar-Ilan University and the Fisher Center for Arbitration. Adv. Kedem was ordained by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. He is a graduate of the ‘Bet Midrash for Dayanut’ (Judges in Jewish courts).

Arie Arbus, Advocate - Founding Partner
LL.B. cum laude. Accredited as a member of the Israel Bar Association after passing the Bar Association certification exams Summa cum laude. Member of the Property Committee of the Bar Association – Central District.
He attended seminars in contract and administrative law at the Hebrew University. Legal apprenticeship in the law firm of Bem, Dvorin, Cohen, who handles civil and commercial litigation. Was involved in quite a number of legal precedents. In the past he ran a company in the construction and pharma retail sectors and has a deep understanding of the business world.

Rabbi Netanel Oved, Advocate - Partner
LL.B. and LL.M. He was ordained by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and serves as Rabbi of the community of Netafim since 2007. He specialized in family law at the Family Court in Kfar Saba with Judge Binyamin Yizraeli. Specializes in family law – divorce cases, financial agreements, paternity suits, inheritances and wills, etc. He has professional training as a mediator and deals with mediation and conflict resolution in the family, community and business domains. Serves as a dayan (religious law judge) and as a representative in arbitrations according to Torah law. Rabbi Oved heads the firm’s family law department.

Uriel Birnbaum, Advocate
LL.B cum laude and member of the Israel Bar Association. Legal apprenticeship in the litigation department at the law firm of Agmon and Co. Roosenberg Hacohen and Co. where he dealt with complicated litigation cases with an emphasis on commercial law. Thereafter, he worked at the law firm of Reuven Yehoshua which specializes in complicated cases and litigation within the different courts and tribunals. In his past, Adv. Birnbaum managed customer portfolios for a prominent high-tech company in areas such as Fintech, Foreign Exchange and Forex.

Rabbi Yehuda Ma'atouf, Legal Consultant on Jewish Matters
Graduate of course for ‘Dayanut’ (Judges in Jewish courts), learned in The Yeshiva of Bet El and the ‘Kolel of Dayanut’ in P’sagot. Today, Rabbi Ma’atouf learns in The High Yeshiva of Kedumim and serves as a Judge (Dayan) in The Court for Financial Matters. He also edits Jewish books.
