    1. The following Terms of Use govern and regulate access to and use of the website of Arbus Kedem Zur & Co., Law Office (hereinafter: the “Website” or the “Firm”), available at https://akz-law.com, as well as digital pages and social media platforms operated on behalf of the Firm.
      Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. Use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all provisions of these Terms, as well as to any additional terms appearing on the Website, including the Privacy Policy.

    2. All text in these Terms is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but it applies equally to all genders. Any reference in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    3. The Website provides users with information regarding the legal services offered by the Firm, legal articles, updates in the field of law, publications, and various content including images, videos, audio files, and similar materials.

    4. In addition, the Website includes the Firm’s contact details and/or online forms for users who wish to receive further information.

    5. By using the Website, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

  • User Declarations

    1. The user declares that they are over 18 years of age, legally competent, and that any use of the Website will be lawful and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

In such a case, an enforceable provision reflecting the original intent shall be deemed to replace the invalid provision.

    4. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from or related to these Terms shall be vested in the competent courts in Jerusalem.
