Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and is a member of the Israel Bar Association. Certified mediator by GOMA – the Israeli Center for Mediation and Coaching and has completed advanced training in real estate law and planning and construction law at Bar-Ilan University.

Adv. Zur heads the firm’s Commercial Department which specializes in advising on real estate and urban renewal transactions, drafting commercial agreements and establishing corporations and partnerships.

Barak Kedem

Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree summa cum laude and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association after passing the bar examinations summa cum laude. Has extensive experience in terrorism lawsuits against the Palestinian Authority. Completed a medical studies program for legal professionals at Tel Aviv University, as well as advanced training in contract law, insurance law, pension law, and medical malpractice at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Bar-Ilan University. Certified as a mediator by Tel Aviv University and as an arbitrator by Bar-Ilan University.

Adv. Kedem heads the firm’s Terrorism Claims Department and its Tort and Insurance Litigation Department.

Holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Member of the Property Committee of the Israel Bar Association – Central District. Completed advanced training in contract law and administrative law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Has been involved in a significant number of legal precedents. Previously managed companies in the construction industry and in pharmaceutical retail which provided him with strong insight into the business world.
Adv. Arbus heads the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department and its Administrative Law Department.

Rabbi Netanel Oved
Advocate - Partner

Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.). Ordained by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, he served as the rabbi of the community of Kiryat Netafim from 2007 to 2024. He completed his legal internship in family law at the Family Court in Kfar Saba under the supervision of Judge Binyamin Yizraeli. He is professionally trained as a mediator and practices mediation and dispute resolution in family, community, and business matters. He also serves as a dayan (judge in Jewish law) and as legal counsel in arbitration cases conducted under Jewish law (Din Torah).
Rabbi Oved heads the firm’s Family Law practice, including divorce proceedings, prenuptial and marital agreements, paternity claims, inheritance and wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related matters.

Served as a dayan at a Rabbinical Court for monetary matters. He worked for five years as a judicial assistant to Judge Moria Cherka at the Magistrate Court, gaining extensive experience in civil proceedings, including contract law, partnership dissolution, arbitration, defamation, torts, and more. He has also worked as a researcher in Jewish law, specializing in the Jewish Law Unit at the Ministry of Justice, the Heritage of Law Institute, and the Land Law Institute. Currently, he is writing a thesis under the supervision of Prof. Biny Porat and has published several legal articles in various professional forums.

Throughout his professional experience, has advised multinational corporations, major business groups, and high-profile individual clients.

Is a member of the Israel Bar Association, Completed an internship under the Deputy Attorney General (Public and Constitutional Law). Served for approximately eight years as a lawyer in the Legal Advisory and Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice, handling a wide range of constitutional and administrative matters. During this period, was responsible for civil legislation in Judea and Samaria and led the Ministry of Justice’s “Legislation Comparison” project. Additionally, worked on disciplinary law and served as a member of the committee, which was established in 2021, responsible for reviewing amendments to the Israel Bar Association Law and the disciplinary rules of the Bar.

Serves as a dayan at a Rabbinical Court for monetary matters. Author of religious legal texts and serves as a legal advisor in Jewish law arbitrations (Din Torah) before Haredi and Orthodox rabbinical courts.
