

















In a landmark move, 245 individuals who have been victims of terror attacks filed a legal claim against the Palestinian Authority (PA) for a staggering NIS 1.255 billion. The lawsuit, which was reported by Walla on Thursday, is the largest of its kind to date and represents victims of multiple terror attacks, including the infamous Nova Festival massacre and others from recent years.

La Corte Distrettuale di Gerusalemme ha ordinato all’Autorità Palestinese di pagare un risarcimento a cinque palestinesi per un totale di circa 8 milioni di shekel (2,3 milioni di dollari) dopo che i civili sono stati torturati dalle forze dell’Autorità Palestinese con l’accusa di “collaborare” con le autorità israeliane.
